Green Shake


One of my favorite drinks for the mornings that I am in a rush is the green shake. There are so many ways to mix up a healthy green shake but I usually stay with the same recipe. 

The green shakes are healthy and delicious! I use a single cup blender because it's only me and easy to use and clean up. 

Green Shake

1 whole banana
1/2 cup of frozen Mango
1/2 cup of frozen Peaches
2 handfuls of spinach leaves
and water
Blend it and you have a DELICIOUS yet healthy shake!!!
